Pranzegg's Miau is a refermented rosé wine made by the ancestral method. Lively, whimsical and endlessly drinkable, it moves nimbly and snappily, closing in a very delicate and elegant finish and leaving the mouth clean and curious to taste it again.

90% direct pressed Lagrein and 10% 3 day skin contact Schiava. Hand harvested in volcanic soils, fermented with the frozen grape musts before bottling with no filtration. Drinking more like a light sparkling red, with pomegranate, cherries, mountain minerals and herbs, really refreshing and the best pizza pairing around!
