NV Domaine Loew Crémant d'Alsace "All You Need is Loew" Brut Nature Demeter Biodynamic
The estate is certified in organic and biodynamic control (Demeter). The harvests are only manual. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. The vinification is without any input or sulfur, it is "Natural" The blend of equal parts of the two grape varieties carried out its alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in vats and demi-muids. The foaming and aging on slats for 36 months brought back a finesse of bubbles with a beautiful creaminess. During disgorging, no liqueur was added.
The nose
This is a "Brut Nature" Very Dry (No dosage added) Sparkling wine. Its slightly grilled nose mixed with cooked reinette and golden apples, gives a gourmet side.
